Diane C. Creel

, Chair of the Board of Directors of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated Retired Chair, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ecovation, Inc., a waste stream technology company using patented technologies

Prior to her retirement in 2008, Ms. Creel served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ecovation, Inc., a subsidiary of Ecolab Inc. and a food manufacturing waste stream technology company using patented technologies, beginning in 2003. Ecovation, Inc. became a subsidiary of Ecolab Inc. in 2008. From 1992 to 2003, Ms. Creel served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Earth Tech, an international consulting engineering firm, which became a subsidiary of Tyco International in 1996.

Ms. Creel served as Lead Independent Director from 2011-2019, when she became Board Chair. Ms. Creel is Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Personnel and Compensation Committee.

Robert S. Wetherbee

Mr. Wetherbee became President and CEO of ATI in 2019. Prior to that, he was ATI’s Executive Vice President, Flat Rolled Products since January 2015, and President, ATI Flat Rolled Products beginning in April 2014. Mr. Wetherbee was President and Chief Executive Officer of Minerals Technologies, Inc. from March 2013 until February 2014. He was President of ATI’s tungsten materials business from 2010 through 2012 and Vice President of Market Strategy of Alcoa Inc. from 2006 through 2009.

Elliot S. Davis

, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Davis has served as ATI’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary since May 2011. Previously, he was Vice President and General Counsel from 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, he served as Assistant General Counsel from 2008, when he joined the Company, to 2010. Before joining ATI, Mr. Davis was a partner of the law firm K&L Gates LLP, where he practiced for nearly 20 years in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities group.

Kimberly A. Fields

, Executive Vice President, Advanced Alloys & Solutions and High Performance Materials & Components

Ms. Fields is Executive Vice President, Advanced Alloys & Solutions and High Performance Materials & Components. She was named Executive Vice President, Advanced Alloys & Solutions in January 2020. Ms. Fields joined ATI in 2019, bringing 20 years of global experience with a focus on growth and operational excellence. At IDEX Corporation, a global company that develops, designs, and manufactures fluidics systems and specialty engineered products, she most recently served as Group President for Industrial and Energy, having joined as President of GAST Manufacturing. Previously, Ms. Fields served as Executive Vice President for the integrated global steel producer EVRAZ’s North American Flat Products business. At GE Energy, she was General Manager of Industrials. She has also held commercial, manufacturing, and strategic leadership positions with Alcoa, The Boston Consulting Group, and Owens Corning Fiberglass. She was a founding member of the online metals trading site MetalSpectrum.

Timothy J. Harris

, Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer

Mr. Harris joined ATI as Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer in May 2019. He leads ATI’s information and operations technology organization, developing and deploying a technology strategy to support the company’s growth and accelerate our digitization and automation. Mr. Harris previously served as Chief Information Officer at Andeavor, Chief Technology Officer and head of Global Technology Services at Mylan, and Senior V.P. of Global Workplace at Aviva PLC. He began his career at Rockwell Collins, where he worked for 10 years.

Kevin B. Kramer

, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial and Marketing Officaer

Mr. Kramer has served as ATI’s Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer since February 2014. Previously, he was President—Stoneridge Wiring Division and Vice President of Stoneridge, Inc., from May 2012 through January 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Kramer worked for Alcoa, Inc. from 2004 until 2012, where he served as President—Growth Initiatives and President—Wheel and Transportation Products.

Don P. Newman

, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Newman joined ATI as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He brings more than 30 years of corporate finance and accounting leadership experience at high-growth businesses in a variety of industries, including metals and materials, energy, software, and drilling services. Most recently, Newman was Chief Financial Officer at North American steel producer Stelco Holdings Inc., where he helped lead the company’s successful 2017 initial public offering, separation from its prior owner, and transformation into a low-cost, performance-driven organization.

Elizabeth C. Powers

, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Powers has served as ATI’s Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since November 2014. Previously, she was Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer for Dresser-Rand Group, Inc. from 2010 until 2012 and from 2005 to 2009. She was named Vice President, Human Resources of Dresser-Rand Group in April 2004. From 2012 until she joined ATI in November 2014, Ms. Powers worked in academia. In 2009 and 2010, Ms. Powers worked in the public policy and non-profit sectors.

Shelley L. Bias

, Vice President, Internal Audit

With 20 years of experience in internal and external audit, risk management, finance and compliance, most recently, Ms. Bias was Director, Internal Audit at Audia Group, an international plastics producer. She also served as Vice President, Controller and Vice President, Internal Audit & Compliance at Education Management Corporation (EDMC). Previously, she held positions at Alcoa and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Lauren S. McAndrews

, Vice President, Environmental Affairs and Sustainability and Assistant General Counsel

Ms. McAndrews has served as Vice President, Environmental Affairs & Sustainability and Assistant General Counsel since June 2016. Previously, she was Vice President – Labor Relations and Assistant to General Counsel from March 2011 to June 2016, and Assistant General Counsel – HR, Energy and Environmental in August 2010. She was name Corporate Counsel in July 2000. Ms. McAndrews joined ATI in March 1997 as Senior Attorney – Environmental and Energy. Prior to working for ATI, Ms. McAndrews was an associate at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (now K&L Gates) in both their Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, PA offices.

Scott A. Minder

, Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations

Mr. Minder became ATI’s Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations in June 2018, having previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations since joining ATI in June 2017. Previously, he worked for PPG Industries from 2009 to 2017 in various financial roles, including Director, Investor Relations. Prior to joining PPG Industries in 2009, Mr. Minder was CFO for the automotive division and Director, Global Quality at Penske Logistics. Mr. Minder also had a distinguished 11 year career with General Motors that spanned several positions of increasing responsibility within the finance function, including roles in manufacturing, marketing and corporate locations, culminating in investor relations.

Mary Beth Moore

, Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Moore has served as Vice President, Human Resources since March 2011. She has responsibilities in the areas of employment, staffing, employee development and training, the Company’s long-term and short-term executive compensation plans and succession planning. She also serves as an assistant corporate secretary. Previously, Ms. Moore was Director, Corporate and Human Resources Services in September 2006 and promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources in August 2010. Ms. Moore performed duties in the office of the corporate secretary, including Board and Committee Meetings, securities matters and stockholder services. She was Manager – Law, Board & Stockholder Services in May 2001 and promoted to Senior Manager – Law, Board & Stockholder Services in January 2003. She was Executive and Law Administrator of Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated following Allegheny Ludlum – Teledyne combination in August 1996 and joined Allegheny Ludlum Corporation in an administrative role in 1990.

Karl D. Schwartz

Prior to that, Mr. Schwartz was Assistant Controller beginning in 2002, when he joined the Company.
